Just got over a very nasty bug, which has taken a while to get over. It's been two months, I had just completed R1 W4, should I go back to square 1 or start where I left off? Or maybe Back to wk 2 ??

I would go back, why not try W1 for your first run and if it feels too easy you can do W2. Go easy, these things can knock us back.

NB, thanx that sounds like a plan, I think I will try that, you are right, these things take time. Thank you, good suggestion.
