Week one complete

Completed week one yesterday as, although I can jog almost 3k nonstop, I am trying to get some structure to go out more often. Had only been running on Fridays at Jog Scotland until last week.

However friends have set me a huge challenge. I was 59 on Friday and their gift to me was a certificate which is my entry into the local marathon on 2 August.

Good for you. This course will certainly give you structure! And fab news about the Marathon - something to aim for!! Just keep building in your fitness each week and who knows what you might be able to achieve. Good luck :-)
