Thank you..not to mention that I have a lot of weight to lose that's why I'm not hung up on speed right now...but the weight is coming off slowly. ..

I'm full of admiration for you........well done! I was intending to venture out this am to run a couple of kms but found a half eaten Cadbury's Cream Egg in the glove compartment of my car.....and ate that instead. No will power! I did sit on my exercise bike this afternoon but didn't have the self-discipline to turn the pedals. One step at a time. I have discovered I've no more chocolate in the house or car......thrown crisps away and fizzy drinks are a thing of the past, and have promised myself I will trek out into the fitness unknown tomorrow taking a route to avoid Domino's and McD's. How hard can it be, I'm wondering........?

Hi there. Well done on your progress - it sounds like you are doing great. Can you tell me which C210k programme you are using? I have completed the C25k and can now run 7k. As I am finding it hard getting past that mark, I thought it may be good to follow a programme as I found the c25k really helpful. Thanks for you advice
