just wanted to confirm what most people are saying about completing Couch to 5K, it is amazing, the sense of achievement each time you complete another week makes me feel so good. I am on week 3 and completed run2 this morning. Never in my wildest dreams did i think that at 61years old i would be able to run, but Hey i can and i am!!!

And you will!! C25k works and changes lives. It is certainly the most life affirming experience I have had in many years. Congratulations on your progress and good luck.

Hi carerof,

I'm going to be 60 in a couple of weeks and am just starting week 3. I like to see the look of surprise on people's faces when I tell them I've started C25K. You can just see they are thinking, "What, at your age!" LOL
