last nights run was the best ive had been trying for 13 mile s for ages done 13.7 last night in 1hr 57 min ive had wk9 podcast on repeat but changed last night to mos runnings tracks its was hard near end but wot a run half marathon not to march god know s wot the time will b not bad for 4 months running total change of life good luck all and happy running

Wow - 4 months and a good time, what an achievement. Well done!

I'm going for HM but am taking it a little slower than that. I have my first 10k race next week, and am planning on a 15k race a couple of months later followed by the HM.

good luck with 10 k that s what i did first 58 04 i signed up for hm to c how far i could go best to run at your own speed try diff music i run every other night and swim one or two times for 30 40 mins its good after a run and good for legs nice and slow also i try not to look at phone to c how far ive dne good luck with your races

Very impressive times.... four months and 1:57. Sounds like you have your HM licked. I am sure your swimming is a brilliant balance to the running at getting everything functioning as smoothly as possible.
