Just completed W6R3 and it went far better than I expected, I even managed to up the pace for the last 60 seconds (although with my snail's pace that's not hard!). Laura says I'm officially a runner now and I've come to believe everything Laura says so it must be true! I just ran for 25 minutes!!! So chuffed!!

That's great! You must be feeling fantastic. I'm also due to run W6R3 on Thursday. I keep telling myself that I managed 20 minutes last week – what's an extra 5 minutes!
