Some weeks are just like that. Don't feel despondent - just look what you've achieved. I'm pretty sure that somewhere in the podcasts Laura gives some hints on stitch but useless I know, I can't remember what they were. Something to do with breathing deeply I think.

thanks Waletta, I'm not sure I really understood what Laura was recommending. Completed w5r1 without any problem so may have been a one time event.
