Welcome Scattyman. You'll enjoy this. Most people do & are amazed that they do. Take it slow & steady & follow Laura's instructions (well except the ones on heal strike & breathing - look those up on site) but above all don't stress.

Hi Scattyman I'm a newbie today too & just completed W1R1 with my Staffie. I really enjoyed it but dog's gone straight to bed lol. Good luck!
