Third post graduation run and after two less than stellar runs I got back into the groove and completed 30 minutes. Phew!

I had to keep forcing myself to relax (which actually seems like a contradiction!) but everytime I thought 'oh, my thighs feel tired' or 'oop...twinge in my calf???' or 'my legs are so heavyyyyyyy' I would kind of imagine my legs as limp noodles and everything would just flow back into pace!

I think I keep overthinking things and just need to trust my limbs to move how they feel they need to! So, yeap, limp noodles is like my reset button and stops my brain from interfering in what my legs are doing!

My foot did go numb again, which was annoying, but at least I made it all the way through the 30 minutes...I was worried that without the motivation of completing the programme that maybe I was loosing touch. But just a glitch!
