My First Race!

This morning I ran my first race, a 5k- the Reindeer Run! I hadn't been running for about 3 weeks because of knee pain so the course was hard for me with a few mild hills. I walked for a few seconds a couple times, but I did it!!! This was also my first time running in the rain and thankfully it did sort of stop. 2000 people ran for the local children's museum. Weather is turning colder with a warning for an ice storm later today! Happy holidays!
