I am in shock that I have managed to get to week 9, never mind run for 30 whole minutes! So excited to graduate but also a little sad that it's coming to an end! So wondering if anyone has any words of advice post graduation?
Thanks in advice everyone

There are three podcasts, called Steppings Stones, Stamina and Speed. I just completed the Stamina and Steppings Stones. Doing Speed podcast tomorrow Good luck with the final run of Week 9.
Set yourself some short term and some longer term targets to aim for. The can be based on pace, distance or duration and they keep up the motivation and provide the buzz of achievement that C25k gives us in regular doses.
