So I'm doing my postgraduate run tomorrow , was lovely weather here today to run , but had to go get kitchen sink work tops etc etc . I'm off tomorrow Laura free , my little I pod mini clipped to me , & I'm not going to think about times , speed , I'm just going to run as far & as fast as my little legs will take me .
