At last i have completed day 2 . Feel over the moon. Silly i know .now to try that day 3 20 min run . Wish me luck

You can do it, just don't put any pressure on yourself and go as slow as you like. Just keep going. I completed mine on Sunday, with a hangover and I swear that at one point I was going backwards as I was that slow. Good luck
