Okay okay I admit it, after week 5 run 3, (the big ol' 20 minutes) I didn't do any of the plan for three weeks!
I've just done week 6 run 2 today and it was TOUGH. Now I'm wondering how I'm going to survive 25minutes on Sunday! Serves me right for being so naughty!! Someone give me support haha
Also, does anyone have an armstrap for their iPod or mp3? I recently bought one and my headphones wire just hangs and gets in the way..what can I do with it!? It's so distracting but there's no where to tuck it?
