That's the end of intervals. W6R2 done yesterday

So yesterday morning I did the second run of week 6. 2 ten minutes runs with a 3 minute walk in between. And it was OK. But that's it for intervals. On the one hand, I'm glad, because I will only have one run to do each time I run from now on. But the next four are for 25 minutes non-stop and they get longer from there.

I have decided that when I finish the programme this time I'm going to reward myself with a graduation T-shirt. They weren't available until after I graduated last year and I never got round to getting one. I've already got my badge, and I don't want to get the T-shirt until I can run for 30 minutes without a break again. Now, if I could just get my little boy to sleep all the way through the night until the morning, then I might find myself with enough energy to look forward to my next run!

  • this sounds like a fantastic plan:)

I'm just a run behind ya, ... am a bit worried about not getting the break after next time heehehe but we shall see:)

I've been looking at the gratuation tshirts too ,and they look nice - and I want one too :D

but how does that badge look? I haven't managed to find a picture of that:S

and I hope your little one starts to sleep better, (I was SOO happy when mine finally started to sleep thrue the night)

happy running, and good luck with the big 25 minutes! :D

  • Yes good luck with the sleeping & the longer runs. I quite fancy the man's blue running top - it's probably longer than the woman's version but do like the style of the woman's top. Decisions, decisions.
