After a holiday enforced break from the programme, I was more than a little nervous about picking up again from week 7 (so much so that I went for a confidence building 15 minute 'fun run' on Saturday). It was OK though. I was only slightly slower than my W6R3 25 minute run and I even managed a 'sprint' finish to prove to myself that I still had more to give. Looking forward to these last 3 weeks of 'proper running' now. Just need to ensure I keep myself motivated by varying my route and playlists, etc, I think.
