I've had a sickness bug the last week which has really knocked me! Missed week 2 of running but I may try and do week 2 anyway just to have progression, see how it goes! Not going to lie I have to literally drag myself for a run every time motivation of a slug, but always feel better after it!
Any motivation tips?!

Morning! Hope you're feeling better soon, well done for getting out when you're not 100%.
I know everyone is different with the motivation reasons, I think around week 2/3 I started reading some running books (running like a girl by A Heminsley a fave) which made me feel like getting up and running!
I also use nike+ which tracks my miles and has a great dashboard to see the miles build up.
Finally this forum, great to remember you're not the only one up a 6am trotting around the streets wishing you were still in bed, keep sharing on here and good luck!
I have a sore throat and feel. Rotten this week. I am usually raring to go but my body is telling me NO. Your only in wk 2. You might have all the motivation in the world when your body feels better. It's very possible wk 1 you were coming down with this bug. Be kind to yourself get over the bug and see how you feel. Try not to think negatively, I know that's hard, the fact your still trying to get out there shows motivation. Feel better soon.
