Really makes a point esp when u see guys running with prosthetic legs and smashing it. I swim too and often see older ladies using a zimmer frame to walk pool side and struggle to lower into the pool but then they swim like a fish . Quite humbling really to see xx

I know I watched it twice over, I just felt it was relevant to me as well, , not that I train to those levels 😀. Let’s hope you get to see Mo, maybe he has been in the giraffe costum all along 😀.

Has anybody seen the National Geographic video on how they tried to beat the 2 hour marathon time? - amazing, or the video/documentary about senior runner (80+) called The Pacemakers - absolutely inspirational too 8-)
