Ive reached w4 and actually completed R1 comfortably no aches and pains and breathing controlled. This running plan feels so much better this time around. Don't want to jinx it but I actually believe I'm going to graduate this time. This is also the first time I've not had to repeat any of the weeks so far. Long may it continue:-)

Well done, sounds like it's going well this time.

Personally I think that the way we think about the programme has a big impact as well as the physical side of it, so keep believing you can do it (graduate), and I am sure you will!
