Back again!

Having had a little time off from running over the summer months I return once again to the C25K fold! Although I did manage eventually to get to week 9 (after 9 long months) in July and started the 5K+ programme things have slipped due to a knee issue and other stuff going on. So, my plan is to go back to basics and take everything I discovered last time around and try and get to week 9 during December.

The motivation from this site was a key element last time around, although I discovered it quite late on. And I will be running very, very slowly! a major earlier mistake.
