Hi I am also at week 7 but although I have done it three times I still struggle to complete and do not know if I should repeat or try week 8.
Hi gracecassar, I also really struggled with week 7, but did R1 Week 8 yesterday fine. I slowed down and decided to enjoy the running! It was much better and actually enjoyable.

3 miles at week 7 is amazing!!! sure that's just short of 5kms!!! if you're doing nearly 5k in 25 minutes you are well on your way. I would suggest trying slowing down a little and trying a 30 minute run. It should be well within your capabilities!
I have no idea how far I'm running in Week 7 (or any other week!). It sorts of helps me to concentrate on one thing - just getting to the end of the 25 minutes. I'm planning on finding out when I've done Week 9 (just in case it's a paltry distance).
not 25 mins 35.warm up and warm down. usually do 5k in 29 to 32m
