No don't worry, really you can do it. The program is meant to be progressive so you complete and move on. Have faith in the program and yourself. The trick is to go slowly!!

If you run slowly you will have enough puff. The running segments are not too long so you only have a short period of running before you get a rest. Don't worry, put a smile on your face and go

I also found the final run of W4 hard but following the advice I received on here I decided to give week 5 a go with a view that if I couldn't manage it I could go back. Best thing I've ever done as I completed W5 with no problems and now feel much more confident. I think some days will be naturally harder than others in fact I found I found the running/walking of W6R1 harder than the continuous run of W5. There's no shame in repeating a day/week if you want to but keep going you're doing great. You can also slow down which might make it easier to get through.

I'm on week 8 and like you I often thought maybe I should repeat a week but I'm glad now that I didn't. Trust the program, it works. Some runs seem easy, some seem hard but as everyone says it is the speed that you choose to run at which is the key. If it seems too hard slow down. As Laura says "You can do this".

Agree with the others. Try it and see, the thought of week five affects nearly every person on this programme so you are not alone but as Miss W says, you can do it. Just take your time go at your own pace and you will do it

i just did the week 4 run 1 today. And I felt the last 5 minutes was harder, I walked for about 10 seconds or so before carrying on. I am in the same boat as you! I know exactly how you feel, but lets not give up, no matter how many times we do this, we can only get better right? Thats my mantra, plus we are with amazing laura for a bit longer :) i hope this helps

Same happened with me when i completed my week 4 day 3. I wasnt sure if i should go further, but i decided to give it a try and BINGO.... i could do it... I was out of breath though.. but running slow really really helps... try going slow... you will get there ..

I doubt there is a graduate of c25k who did not look at week 5 and think that it was impossible. But heres the trick, the programme has prepared you for it. You may not think so but trust me, it has.

Trust yourself and trust the programme. You can and will do week 5
