Like magic, it has become as nothing! Took my teenage daughter out tonight to start the programme, she had the podcasts, I just followed to keep her company & listen to her moaning and grumping Truly, those 60 sec runs which seemed like such an effort at the beginning, felt like no distance at all now. In fact if I didn't know the approx distance we should be covering, i would have thought she was cheating. But it honestly felt like just a few steps and no time at all! So anyone starting out at the moment, I can truthfully say that it does become much easier with time. However, we all want to run further and faster of course, so we don't always get the chance to compare our original state with how we are after 9 or 10 weeks. It was certainly an interesting comparison!
