The first 90 second runs were the worse, actually seemed to get better as i went along. Sea breeze helped a lot! This forum is really spurring me on, i love seeing how everyone is doing.

We're on the same day! This forum is great isn't it? I think it helps enormously. I actually find that it helps my runs as I plan what I'm gonna say about them when I get back! :-) Well done!

Don't fear it, trust it. The plan is brilliantly structured to carry most people through to graduation without major problems and has already worked for thousands of former couch potatoes who can now justifiably call themselves runners. As you have discovered this forum is the centre of all Universal positivity.

Keep running, keep posting.

Hi Natalie,

Well done on moving forward. I too am in two minds myself whether I should repeat week 1 for the third time, I am now managing all eight 1 minute runs but not as comfortably as I would like - still red faced and out of breath. Don't know what I should do....

Go for week 2, like Iannoda says the plan is well set out, i was seriously panting by the end of week 1 but i didn't find week 2 that much harder, it is easy to get stuck and not move forward. I am trying hard not to let the excuses take over! I am not at all convinced by my own advice come week 3 but it is tried and tested and I think if we keep holding ourselves back we might give up. Let me know how you get on, keep posting, this is a good source of motivation and inspiration!
