Ah, well done! I'm raring to go on Week 2 now I've just completed one. I actually felt today that I could have kept going so I'm hoping I feel like that on Monday!
I found week 2 easier than week 1. It seems like everything is falling into place. Breathing getting a lot easier and running feels a lot more natural too. Oh and my new running shoes help a lot too. Can't wait for my first week 3 run tomorrow! Good luck to you!

I too was surprised at just how much I enjoyed my Week 2 Run 1. Before setting off for it I was snapping at everyone, shaking - just really really anxious. But it went great!
Just to put you in the picture, I am a 40 year old, size 20 (38H boobed!!) exercise -phobe.
And I'm giddy with excitement because the penny's finally dropped that EVEN I CAN RUN!!! Amazing! Roll on W2R2 this afternoon...
Just back from W2 R1. Isn't it funny? It actually WAS easier than W1 R3 yesterday (I know, I didn't have a rest day - naughty, naughty). I wonder why? Oh well - well done us!

Takes as much effort to put on my industrial-strength sports bra as it does to do the actual run! But once those beauties are in, it's total lockdown -they don't budge an inch ha ha!
