C25K in Tunisia - boy was it hot

Photo was taken before any run was attempted I would not inflict a pic of my hot disheveled sweaty post run appearance on my fellow runners. Just updated all 6 runs none were over 5K several well under, it was 20-23C at 6.30 in the morning 35C by lunch time so a bit hot to run during the day, it was early morning or not at all.

C25K T shirt worn 3 times so I did a little advertising for us. Happy running everyone.

ps, did wash T shirt between runs ;)

I can feel the heat from here. Welcome home, to a warm and wet autumn. (Warmth and wetness are all relative, you know)

Enjoy your running.

Its like winter here today I've just lost about 25 degrees in the last 24 hours, now that not funny. Will need to look out my base layer stuff to wear!!!!

It's still like that here (22C @ 6am yesterday and 30C now at 6.30pm). I even envy JuicyJu her run in the rain (though I'm not sure about the carnal bits) and the forecast for tomorrow here is for showers and a drop to 25C, so I might get lucky.

Early mornings are definitely the time to run - though I was in Alicante in Spain last week (even hotter) and saw runners out at midnight...

Enjoy the Scottish weather!

Today was the first chilly day here and I agree with Landesman -- it's either early morning or midnight! Welcome back Liz!
