Pins and Needles in my feet!!

I was running WIRI last night and towards the end I got pins and needles like sensation in my feets, does anyone know the reason for this?

try loosening your laces, or googling how to tie them differently. this made a great difference for me. good luck

Great tip thanks and it worked! I tried "parallel lacing" and went for a run this morning and it made a great difference! Happy feet now!

I have this problem too and also posted a question a while ago about it. Someone suggested it might be caused by dehydration, so I always drink plenty before I go out (though I personally haven't found that it made much difference). I've also tried to do my laces really loosely and that does seem to help, though not completely. I'll definitely try googling looser lacing!
