Yay! 25 mins done!

Feel a bit of cheat blogging about my runs again as I graduated once before and let things slide. But, what the hell, I am so pleased I completed run 3 of week 6 today and ran for 25 mins after a very long day at work. I was so looking forward to this run - how mad is that?! I felt great afterwards - definitely what I needed after a bit of a stressful day. Roll on week 7!!
