I am feeling pleased with myself today. I finally have been able to put week 7 to bed. I am happy with my run today as I didn't stop at all and kept my pace and heart rate at a comfortable level. It feels strange doing the longer runs and hopefully my brain will stop trying to make me walk in between. Which is why it has taken me so long to complete week 7. Roll on week 8. Hopefully it won't take another month to complete it, but if it does it does, as everyone here says it's not a race. Thanks for all the support over the last month. It did feel a bit tough at times.
Finally finished week 7 only took 4 weeks. - Couch to 5K

Well done - you persisted and you got there which is great. Lots of people struggle to follow the plan and have to repeat sessions - I considered repeating week one! It's really good that you didn't give up and now can move on to week 8. It doesn't matter at all how long it takes, as you so rightly say it's not a race. Reading posts like yours really inspire people so thanks for sharing.
