Week 3 - Run 1 ....... again

Hello everyone,

Well, after a sprained ankle, I know, I know, how embarrassing after two weeks, I've heard all the jokes about my illustrious running career. I had to take two weeks off running to recover.

I wasn't sure whether to start again, but decided to have a go at starting where I left off. It actually was ok, no harder than the last time I did it. It feels good to be back on it.
