So week 2 is now under my belt. I normally run in the afternoon but had to do run 2 in the morning, found it much harder.
Back to afternoon today and to my great relief it was not nearly so hard.
I am so glad to have read lots of your posts and to realise it is quite normal to have bad days.
Looking forward to week 3 but with some trepidation!

you're doing brilliantly, done W2, & done 6 runs too. and what you are also doing is finding what works for you which is a really important part of running too, finding a routine and finding your feet - sounds like afternoons are best for you, so stick to them.
