Well, I did it, somehow I managed to get through 25 minutes of running! It was a real struggle I must admit, and part of me wanted to stop, but I just couldn't.
My feet and knees were hurting, which I'm putting down to getting used to my new shoes, but it seems it's time to move on another week. I hope this running for 25 minute lark gets easier!

well done MinxyMiss, it does get easier, but I think the big part is the psychological battle. You will get to feel easier on parts of it, I found after the first 10 to 15 minutes it got easier, particularly when my running steps synchronised with the music on the podcast, although that didn't happen all the time.
Well done for not stopping! These longer runs are different aren't they - hope your legs sort themselves out with the new shoes soon. I am finding wearing my LIDL compressions socks after my run is helping a bit. For a while ... Until I have to go to work!
