This is the first run I've done in the rain since I was running for 8 minutes.

Just got back from my 9k run and it was so much easier than running in the sunshine and heat. Definitely my favourite running condition so far :) although I looked like a drowned rat when I got home :)

I managed to keep my feet dry, don't know how, maybe my shoes are waterproof. There were no big puddles on my route either :) happy days
