Speed podcast - lack of rhythm :(
No point asking me...I'm a musician by trade!
What I did find with all 3 c25k podcasts is that there are points when Laura's shouting "1,2,3,4!" and she's not on the beat!
I thought it was just me mis-hearing it due to the sound of huffing and puffing I emit when I run. I always thought I had quite a good musical ear, having played the piano since the age of 5, but I found Laura's counting really off putting!
Oh thank God it's not just me re Laura's 1-2-3-4! That aside, I do find I need to do a sort of shuffle every now and then to get my feet back in the correct rhythm. I find it takes a bit of concentration.
