Well I hadn't run since I last done a park run on July 27th. I really wanted to start again so thought I would try the Samantha Murphy B210K. Perhaps I was expecting too much, but I had been on a walking holiday and a few day walks since so hoped my fitness hadn't dropped too much. I found the 4 x times 10 minute runs with 1 minute walk in between really tough and could only manage 3 x 10 minute runs. Also I think I may have done something to my thigh or leg. At the last park run I left it a little late to warm up and just started running, since then whenever I walk alot I have a pain in my thigh and also a little pins and needles down the left leg. This was quite bad after my run last night and still sore this morning. I really wanted to do a park run tomorrow morning but do you think I am pushing myself to far and could lead to injury.
