Hi I graduated over a month ago, have been doing the podcast, speed etc. but I want a change/new challenge. Downloaded Sam Murphy's Bridge210k to start in a couple of days, too soon?

Any advice etc would be great, thanks, Susie :)

Never too soon, once you graduate it is good to move on to a new challenge. It is a great feeling achieving a 10k.

Enjoy it.

If you have the urge then the time is right. Listen to your body and all the best of luck. :)

If it helps I carried on with week 9 then tried running the C25k podcasts for a bit, settling on a few Stamina runs.

The last one I felt good so carried on and completely unplanned ran 10k

Not sure that's the recommendation for getting to 10k but it worked for me.

Good luck anyway.
