Started week 7 today and though I credit Laura for getting me this far, the podcast music is getting on my nerves a bit!!! Anyone got any advice for something else which will keep the motivation going for the next 3 weeks of the programme?

Make your own playlist by adding up the time of each song, I've found it fab as I got fed up at week 7 and could face anymore of the music!

That's a good idea, although I chant my prayers through the course of the music and am oblivious to what's playing :-) which helps, considering I don't relate to the music anyway !

Btw Cloudchaser, I went through Day 1 of Week 3 this morning and am feeling fabulous. It was a tad more tiring than Week 2 but definitely doable.

I did mean to ask you though, I'm running on a treadmill. Does the impact of running on a treadmill v/s outdoors make a huge difference ?

I don't know Ganesh, I run outdoors I've seen others say that it does. Give it a try!

Running chanting prayers? Great idea, that's probably very engaging. I have to remind myself NOT to sing along to my music ;0)

Thanks - it is very engaging - I'm a practicing Buddhist and a lay member of the Soka Gakkai International - it helps me to just chant my usual prayers as we go along, mile after mile on the treadmill :-) else the music does get boring after a bit. Laura's voice though is very reassuring and comforting ! Thanks Laura !!!

It would be helpful if there was a way of putting Laura's voice over what ever you are doing. I miss not being told that I'm doing great! And it would have been helpful yesterday when I ran for too long.

Once I got to the stage of running for the whole 30 mins I swapped to podcasts downloaded from MotionTraxx they are very good and have a definite beat to plonk your feet down to. They are available in a number of different beats per minute to suit different running speeds. Highly recommended.
