Cyclist - Do as much as is comfortable in all/any ways. Don't go over what you THINK you want or can. Respect your body and do not damage. Love it, too, but talk with it. Mine takes me away with it, and I love it for its durability. But we all of us have so much patience. (Mine goes on, and on a - most durable but repetitive turntable.)

I see my body as a Temple, I pray it never lets me down, sometimes, just sometimes it does, probably because I have expected too much of it. We have to listen to ours bodies and treat them with respect they will respond well then. Well that's my opinion
I have the body of a God(ess) just a shame its Ganesh!!!
Its taken me a while to wake up to looking aftery body. 32 Yeats of neglect and the threat of going on insulin kicked me up the backside soooooo hard!!!
I am now 19lb lighter, my blood sugars have gone down from 9.6 yo 7.1 and I hope to continue that trend!!!
