Congratulations and very well done you!!!
Thanks Oldfloss. Are there any recommended running apps post graduation? Iβve signed up to Bridge to 10k forum but need to consolidate for few weeks ππ
Well, after a couple of weeks consolidation, you might try the C25K+ podcasts.
Many folk do them too soon... and miss the point. They are challenging and fun and teach us all about the different disciplines in our running.

So two weeks or so, short runs, new routes and the lovely longer runs that are the, see where you get to, runs...and then have a try
We can feel your joy. Well done πit inspires us to keep going and trust the plan
Thanks Morgan007. Echo others runners about this program itβs a brilliant app & forum. Thought my running days were over but this has reenergised me. Yoga to enjoy tonight & couch to 5k+ podcast tomorrow ππ
All sounds great stuff π we are late starters at nearly 60 but determined to keep at it
Keep going with it as itβll rejuvenate you. Iβm 54, 2years ago struggled every morning with knees & lower back pain hobbling around the bedroom. Started yoga which helped & then one weekend whilst watching Great North Run on telly heard them advertising Couch to 5k. Took 3 attempts but made it. Feel indebted to people on this forum who Iβve never met nor know their names. Iβve lost weight, knees are pain-free, no longer hobble, lot more energetic, improved my quality of life & I feel fantastic ππ
Many congratulations on your graduation, fellow runner.

Keep running, keep smiling.
In transit & picked this up! Fantastic!!!!!! What a feeling! You will live off this house go for days!! Congratulations π₯³πππ
Well done for graduating. Itβs not that long since I graduated so still remember the feeling. Iβm now doing 30 minutes then 5k and then 30 minutes and itβs going well. On my 30 min runs my aim is to go further in the 30 minutes and on the 5k to shorten the time. Eventually Iβll be doing the 5k in 30 minutes. As long as you set yourself some sort of achievable target you will keep improving. Once again weβll done.
Well done Vegout25 - itβs a ridiculously great feeling isnβt it?!! Enjoy your consolidation runs and happy running!ππππ
