Had my 6 week check at the docs yesterday following the birth of my second child and decided hit the ground running (!!!) by kicking off with run 1. Only managed 6 minutes out of 8 running and didn't record the distance I covered. All tips and support gratefully received! Thanks :-D

We are not worthy!

Wow! No tips needed - I am in awe of your effort so soon after giving birth!

Stick with the programme, keep the faith that Laura will see you through - even if it means repeating weeks - and you will definitely succeed :-)

Go girl!
