Week 6 done

Haven't posted for a few weeks, its been a busy time for us. The runs have been staggered with some 3 and 4 day unavoidable gaps but all have been completed and enjoyed. Ran just over 2 mile in 25 minutes today, that's some achievement and something to be really proud of. No pains and breathing is settled down now. I'm looking forward to tyhe next 3 25 minute runs in week 7.

Cheers Phil, It was a great run and in this weather the trees provide good shade from the sun.
