She's back

I had to stop for six full weeks because of achilles tendonitis. But, had my first run back today. Picked up where I left off with the idea to go backwards if the runs were too tough. So, W3R1 today - went just fine. New trainers and running at the school track rather than on the road and a lot more stretching after several weeks of eccentric stengthening - no pain at all - we'll see how I go through the next couple of weeks.

And well done you for getting back onto the program. Everything there sounds sensible, although you've probably got 6 weeks until they need their running track back, so just about time to squeese in the rest of your runs.
