Back from injury that is!
Nearly 3 weeks since last run.
Did 20 minutes very very s l o w l y expecting my groin to "explode" at any time...and it didn't !
So relieved, have been literally going out of my mind not being able to run.
Have been taking solace in watching tennis and eating family bars of chocolate ( female logic ? I can't run so I'll sit around scoffing ? ).
Have put on about 4 lbs but back on track today...
Hope i'll be able to walk tomorrow, legs feel like jelly !
