W7R1 Done - So close yet so far...

... to running 30min. That last illusive five minutes minute seems so far away as I can just about manage 25min but 30 min is only 5 minutes away!

yes but it's so so close isn't it.... and it's only 5 more minutes. BUT keep your faith, stick with Laura she will get you through to the full 30mins.

A little secret is to keep looking back over your shoulder - and remember how you felt just a few short weeks ago. And NOW look at you. NOW you are running for 25 whole minutes & I bet that if I told you 3 weeks you'll be running for 25mins before the end of July you would have laughed at me....

So keep up the good work & enjoy the rest of your program.

Congratulations on getting to Week 7 and running 25 minutes. I really think once you've done that you're there - if you can run for 25 minutes then 28 and 30 minutes are just small increases and you'll definitely do it with Laura's help and encouragement. Have faith in yourself and let us know how you get on.
