I've heard people talking about B210K and having completed the Couch to 5K I would like to follow another structured programme. There seems to be several B210K plans to download - any advise please as to which one to follow?

I downloaded B210K podcasts from Blue Fin which got me from 5k to 10k but the music was pretty dreadful on them! I'm now using adidas miCoach to get up to 1/2 marathon distance which is an app which was recommended to me by someone on this forum. And I LOVE it. If you have a smartphone I'd definitely advise getting this to get you up to 10k, it plans a whole schedule for you (and it's flexible so you can go online and change your training days each week if you want plus you can work down from a race date if you've got one in mind), you use your own playlist when training and it also has some fab strength and flex workouts you can do on your rest days.
I've also used the Bluefin apps (I used Ease into 10k to train for my race). I thought it was really good and I could play my own music during the runs.
