Lidl have running gear

Just to let you know Lidl have running gear this week on special offer, Capri's, Skorts, vest tops, socks and shoes (not sure how good the trainers would be for running though) Also sports sun glasses, these I know are good have had mine for over a year and still going strong.

I use their performance tops all the time, and bought another one today - £4.99 is a really good buy and I can vouch for the quality. I passed on the sunglasses but got ankle supports (they also have knee and back braces) and a fresh pair of their sports insoles ... these are really good - very comfy and much better than just heel supports.

Don't let the prices put you off - many C25K-ers have used Lidl gear without complaint.

I popped down there yesterday and bought the trainers, running socks and trousers. I wore all three on my run last night and have to say everything fitted perfectly and was comfortable. In fact the socks were a god send as I seem to have developed a huge blister on the ball of one foot. The socks (with there extra padding) really protected it. Go Lidl!
