completed first 3 weeks on holiday in Rhodes, managed to cram it into 2 weeks, I could not even run for 30 seconds before starting this, gave up football 15 yrs ago and not ran since, this programme is great, apart from jelly legs, I am really enjoying this and hope to complete the 5k but anything is an improvement, good luck everyone.

week 4 day 2 completed, beautiful morning for a run, noticed a big improvement in my breathing, I know I could have done further which is encouraging, thanks for the support. every wee bit helps.
