Went out running with my son (15y old), gosh he can sprint but I could keep going -slow and steady- for longer! Huzzah!

I bet that felt really, really good! I haven't managed to get either of my girls (in their twenties) to run with me yet - I know they'd be faster, but just maybe I could run for longer.
