Couch to 5K

oh no what have I done?

So, this is the beginning of week 6, serious running from here on in!

Would normally have been for my run by now, but, sat last night on the computer working out a schedule, haha best laid plans and all, decided when I graduate c25k then am going to be a fiver for 10 weeks, (doesn't start until next year but hey) then I will be fit enough to do the b10k, in order to continue my new inspired path I had a look at Sweatshop, to see what gadety things they might sell for mapping out my runs, lo and behold did I end up signing up for the Sweatshop running community, feel to join, lots of free inspirational carrot goodies - and evening runs that fit in with my life, first run tonight have to nip over early to get my card eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeekkkkkkkkkkkkkk, proper running with proper runners fingers crossed all goes well! Why is my tum doing butterflies?
