30 Day Shred - Day Ten

I'm still getting used to the early starts but boy, I sure do LOVE getting my exercises over & done with first thing in the morning! The week just gone was very warm indeed and most mornings I was sweating even before I had got my kit on! But I did Days 8, 9 & 10 of Level One, alternated with normal runs. Day 9 (Wednesday) was the best workout so far; I felt strong & confident throughout. Bicycle crunches were no longer a trial of strength & co-ordination! But Friday was a real drag - I couldn't wait for it to end. But oddly, when it was all over, I kind of wished I was still working out!

No runs or workouts this weekend as we had a very early start & a long day at the Royal International Air Tattoo at Fairford, Gloucestershire on Saturday. Many hours of fabulous air displays and a slow amble up & down the 2 mile long runway made for a great day out. I can highly recommend it!

Anyway, I'm back onto the routine tomorrow, starting Monday morning with Day One of Level Two. EEEK! I've heard it's the toughest of the three so I'm slightly worried but I'm going to be brave & not watch it before I start.

Good luck, although I'm probably a bit late now! I've looked at this, how do you integrate it with your running and rest days?
